Before we start, and especially for our new members, I want to emphasize the bare minimum you should keep in mind as you start league play. If you don't understand what some of this means, read the rules again or PM me or any of last season's members.

1) Post your rotation and lineup BEFORE playing a single game.
2) Use the correct pitcher for the correct game. The pitching matchup is posted right into the forum name. Follow proper rotation even through a bye series as though the games were played.
3) Winner of the game posts game results in the proper forum
4) Both winners and losers post their individual stats in the proper forum
5) Understand rainout rules if the game should drop
6) The league exists on this web page alone. The standings on Sportsconnect is meaningless
7) CHECK YOUR LINEUPS EVERY MONDAY BEFORE PLAYING (ALL 4 LINEUPS). Sportsconnect has a habit of scrambling the lineups and causing the game to crash and the league clock to freeze. The only way to solve the issue may be to "drop" you from the league (even though you can still play your schedule - you would not get a trophy).
8 ) Correct your posted rotation if one of your starters gets injured. Your new player replaces the injured player IN THE EXACT SAME ROTATION SPOT. Do NOT rearrange your rotation.
9) We are brothers before we are competitors
10) HAVE FUN!!!

Oh, one more thing,

11) Post in the "Schedule a Game" forum your attempts to play games. At the end of the series deadline, I'm going to resolve games and move the schedule along. I use your PUBLIC posts to determine who made the stronger effort to play the games, and resolve them accordingly. Even if you are making every attempt to play, without PUBLICLY announcing your attempts, you may be leaving wins at the table.
