RedSox jumped out to an early lead int the first with a Pedroia double and a 2 out double from Jason Bay. The Rays came back in the 3rd to tie the game at one with an error by Varitek on a throw to 3rd on a steal. In the 4th, Ben Zobrist hit a 2 Run HR "backside" over the Green Monster to take the lead, 3-1. In the 6th, Youk-Dawg delivers a single that scored 2 but gets thrown out at second being a little greedy. With the game tied at 3 in the 7th, Big Papi hit a bomb to right to take the lead at 4-3 for the final time.

Rays jumped out to early lead in the first with an RBI by Crawford. The RedSox then tied the game up in the bottom half of the inning with a Martinez Sac that scored Bay that doubled. The RedSox then exploded in the 3rd Inning with 5 runs by an Ellsbury 2 Run Triple off the center field wall. Followed by a Pedroia RBI single which scored Ellsbury. JD Drew then followed the duo with a 2 Run HR to Right. RedSox added two more to take an 8-1 lead. The Rays would eventually score a run in the 6th, 7th, and 8th but fall to Boston, 8-4.
