ANNOUNCEMENT: Season Three Fantasy Draft - DRAFT SET FOR THURSDAY JAN 14 AT 10:30PM EASTERN!!

I'm thinking about having the draft one of these next three weekday nights at around 8pm eastern. Is there any day of the next three that is absolutely BAD for anyone (not just inconvenient)?

I have created the The Phoenix League Season Three, and have begun sending out invites. Please review your division in the "FINAL DIVISION ASSIGNMENTS" Forum and pick the correct team and division.

Please be on time for the draft. The draft is timed, and you may LOSE YOUR TURN if you don't select on time. If you wish, you can also QUEUE YOUR PLAYERS so the computer will pick the next person on your list if you don't make a selection.

YOU CAN CREATE YOUR QUEUE *BEFORE* THE DRAFT IF YOU WISH!!!

You can also have the computer select automatically for you if you are done.

DRAFT IS THURSDAY JAN 14 AT 8PM EASTERN.....BE ON TIME!!!!!!

Oh, and be sure to be timely with your invites. I have to activate the league to start the draft. If I miss activating this Thursday because we don't have everyone in place, we have to wait a whole week before the draft comes around again. Or I have to delete the whole league and start again.

Obviously, if we don't have Hulk and bissette in place before then, we are going without them.

I've gotta say I'm a little jealous about the fantasy draft. I'm deadly when it comes to fantasy draft day. Only 8 teams too - squads are gonna be stacked! I'm curious to see how this turns out I thought there were issues with the drafts. Or were those cleared up a while ago?

We are figuring the draft should work in the off season. The problem with the draft has aways been the updates forcing players off the squad because of injuries. We don't have that issue in the off season. Hopefully.

We are still looking for a way to get latecomer bissette in. We need an extra player and are trying to recruit Hulk. Does the draft mean you might consider playing if we need another player to make divisions even??!!

I do want to play and I feel left out but I just have too much going on right now. All my spare time is dedicated to some work on the house that wont ever get done if I don't do it now. Sorry Bissette I know I'll be tethered to the game again when 10 comes out so I need to take full advantage of the offseason

NOT going to work for me. I could do it tonight for sure. If you want to do it on Thursday it has to be later. 9 pm ET at the earliest for me. I really can't work around this. I have commitments.

Yeah 9 would be a lot better for me, or even 9:30.

Sportsconnect does not allow me to adjust days or times. If its not this Thursday at 8pm eastern, then its next Thursday at 8pm. There is no flexibilty short of deleting the league and starting again, which I will be willing to do.

I would have to:

1) Delete the league
2) Send out new invites
3) Have everyone accept and ready to go by the draft time.

Can we do all this by 9pm Eastern tonight? PLEASE SIGN BELOW IF YES!!!

I have deleted the league remotely. I will create a new league when I get home and send out invites by 7pm tonight. Please be ready to accept them and be ready for the draft by 9pm eastern TONIGHT.

If anyone has a conflict with that, let me know IMMEDIATELY and we will have to try again. Post alternate times and days for then rest of the week if you can so I can line up schedules.
