ISSUE: Free Agency

Sportsconnect allows for free agency within a season. The problem is, if we allow free agency, we have the same problem as with trading. In that, in rainout games and playoff games (anything in exhibition mode), those free agents won't be available.

We should consider refusing to allow any free agency acquisitions.

If new guys can vote, I would vote to eliminate free agency within the league. It will only cause problems in the long run.

I'm going to suggest nobody sign a free agent until we think the issue out.

I think we should have a trade deadline.. say with 50 games under ur belt you should be able to trade for a week hence trade deadline the commish will approve trades so u don't have a n.punto for utley trade ....fair trades that way u can get that extra player u need to go to the world series or get that pitcher u need to make a playoff run....

We cant. It all comes back to the idea that we can't play traded players/free agents in exhibition mode. The entire playoffs and all rainout games are in exhibition mode.

No trades, no free agents.
